Every year, Block Real Estate Services publishes a comprehensive Real Estate Report for Metropolitan Kansas City. This 60+ page magazine, which includes reports and forecasts for the different segments of commercial real estate, is eagerly anticipated each January by local CRE professionals. During my time with Block, I was responsible for the design and production of the 2012 and 2013 issues.
