I designed this marketing brochure for Block Real Estate Services to be multi-purposed and flexible. It functions as a corporate brochure, introducing the many business units and services offered by BRES. It also serves as a pocket folder, allowing the executives or brokers to customize the content with inserts, floor plans, contracts, etc.
